If you like more of a crunch throw in whatever add-ins you like.
1/4 cup PB powder
1/4 cup creamy or crunchy PB
1/2 – 1 T pure maple syrup*
1/2 t pure vanilla extract
2T cranberry and pepitas (mixed)
1/2 mashed banana
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mash banana and mix in all other ingredients
Use a tablespoon to measure out 4 cookies (2T/cookie), gently press down to flatten cookies
Bake for 9 minutes
Notes: if you use unsalted peanut butter, you may want to throw in a pinch of salt. Likewise, if you use unsweetened peanut butter, you might want to use 1 tablespoon versus half of maple syrup.
